Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive and Administrator to manage foreign workers within our factory environment and help with data entry as office administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling foreign worker permits, recruitment, and resolving workplace issues in a manufacturing setting. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Punch card and attendance duties.
  • Foreign Worker Permit Management: Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign worker permits in compliance with local regulations., FOMEMA, check out memo & etc.
  • Ensure all documentation related to work permits is accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process for factory workers, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are familiar with workplace policies and safety procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace issues promptly and effectively, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs for factory workers and coordinate training programs as necessary.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and skill development.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Safety and Well-being: Collaborate with safety officers to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Address safety concerns and incidents promptly, following established protocols.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a HR or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
  • Familiarity with foreign worker permit procedures and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in basic office tools such as MS Office, Excel, etc.


Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of cultural sensitivities and diversity issues in the workplace.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside normal business hours to accommodate operational needs.
  • Possess own transport
