🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
3.1 Retail Orders

Orders are processed within 2–4 working days of payment confirmation.

Delivery estimates:

West Malaysia: 3–5 working days

East Malaysia: 5–8 working days

International: 10–20 working days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Tracking numbers will be provided once your parcel is shipped.
3.2 OEM / Bulk Orders

Production and delivery follow timelines in official quotations or purchase orders.

Shipping may be arranged by Elastomade or the customer’s appointed forwarder.

Risk and ownership transfer to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 Damaged or Lost Parcels
If an item arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order details. We’ll assist in resolving the claim.
💳 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Retail Orders

Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is defective or damaged.

Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds (once approved) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
4.2 OEM / Custom Orders

OEM or custom-made products cannot be canceled once production begins.

Refunds are only issued for verified manufacturing defects.

Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt, including supporting evidence.
